Organix: The Healthy Toddler Snacking Alternative with a "No Junk" Promise!!!

As a first time mum, I try to give my son the best.

Whether buying toys, bath products, or food, I feel like I want to give him the safest and healthiest of everything.

Lately, he has been refusing his greens and are replacing them with lollies! Once again, I searched for healthier alternatives.

I could not believe that my son's palate has changed that quickly. I expected that if he loved greens in his earlier years, that he will keep loving them until forever!

But now my son is craving for other tastes and I feel the need to find healthful snack alternatives that he would find appealing. Thank God we found Organix!

Organix is a brand that believes in providing healthier snacks for toddlers and infants. They are on a mission to create good food without junk and nasty chemicals in them. They create products that are 100% organic and they aim to give our kids the best start in life.
My toddler and I tried out their 12+ range which includes the Carrot stix, Cheese and Herb puffs, Saucy Tomato noughts and crosses, Farm Animal biscuits, and Mini Oaty bites.

What I love about all these snacks is that they are organic and are made the organic way.

The products also come in colorful and fun-looking packaging! I find it comforting that though they look like usual snacks, they are not harmful to my son's health unlike other food you find in the market that are laden with chemicals, salt, and sugar.

Let me give you an overview of each product and our review...

This snack is mostly made of 68% corn, sunflower oil (13%), carrot powder (12%), potato powder (6%), and coriander powder. It is vegetarian-friendly and comes in single and multiple packs. However, it may contain soya and dairy.

This snack has a hint of sweetness from carrots and has a mild flavour. I personally find this absolutely yummy and was my fave from the lot.

This snack is mostly made of 73% corn, sunflower oil (15%), and cheese powder (12%). It is vegetarian-friendly and comes in single and multiple packs. However, it may contain soya and dairy.

This snack has a mild taste of cheese and herb. It is not salty at all and is a good snack alternative to potato chips/crisps from the supermarket.

SAUCY TOMATO NOUGHTS AND CROSSES

This snack is made of 72% corn, sunflower oil (15%), carrot powder (9%), onion powder (2%), and apple powder (2%). It is vegetarian-friendly and comes in single and multiple packs. However, it may contain soy and dairy.

This snack has a mild tomato sauce flavour and is a good alternative to ketchup-flavoured snacks in the market.

We love its XO design and this snack is my son's personal fave from the whole lot!!!

Yo enjoying his Noughts and Crosses.

This snack is mildy sweet and is a good choice if you're looking for something that is not packed with sugar. This is also Yo's second fave!

MINI OATY BITES

The Mini Oaty bites is available in multipacks. It is vegetarian-friendly but may contain nuts, soya, and dairy. This pack comes in a combo of 2 flavours - Apple & Orange AND Raspberry & Apple.

The Apple & Orange is composed mainly of wholegrain oats (48%), raisins (34%), sunflower oil (12%), apple juice concentrate (6%), and orange oil (<1%).

Raspberry and apple

The Raspberry & Apple is composed mostly of wholegrain oats (48%), raisins (33%), sunflower oil (12%), apple juice concentrate (4%), and raspberry juice concentrate (3%).

The Mini Oaty bites is a good alternative to sweets and chewy fruit-flavoured snacks. It is also mildly sweet.

Those were the products we have tested and if you would ask again what my son loved most, these were the Saucy Tomato Naughts and Crosses (for something "salty" category) and the Farm Animal Biscuits (for something "sweet" category).
